1. Click on 'forgot password' at the login window.
  2. Check your inbox for the email address address you are resetting the NativeDSD account for
  3. Click on the reset password link in the email message you have received from support@nativedsd.com
  4. Enter and confirm a new password in your profile and click the update button. You will remain logged in with the new password.

If you did not receive the reset password email from us, please do one of the following: 

  • Check your SPAM folder!
  • Check if you have entered your email address correctly
  • Get in touch with us if you need help
