Troubleshooting: certain albums aren't showing in the Downloader App

This article helps you make sure the Downloader App is loading the albums connected to the account you made your purchases with.

If you've made a purchase but don't see your albums in the NativeDSD Downloader App, the most common cause is a mismatch between the email address linked in the app and the one you used to buy your music.

Follow these steps to check:

  1. Make sure you're running the latest version of the Downloader App. You can find the most recent version in your account under Downloader.

  2. Open the app and tap your name in the top-left corner. Note the email address shown there. (see screen below)

  3. Now log in to the NativeDSD website and go to My Downloads. Confirm that your purchases are listed there and that the email address matches the one in your app.

If the addresses don't match, sign out of the app and sign back in with the email address that shows your purchases on the website. Then, load a new token.
