Signing in to the NativeDSD App

The NativeDSD Downloader uses email sign-in to keep your account secure and linked to your music library. Here's how to get started.

Option 1: Email Sign-In (Recommended)

The latest version of the Downloader uses a simple email sign-in. No token required. This works best because it let's you confirm for which account at NativeDSD you would like to load the catalog from.

  1. Download and install the latest NativeDSD Downloader for your platform (Mac, Windows, or Linux)

  2. Open the app

  3. Enter the email address linked to your NativeDSD account

  4. Check your inbox for a one-time authorization code

  5. Enter the code in the app to link it to your music library

The app guides you through each step, including a resend option if the code doesn't arrive right away.

Tip: If you don't see the code within a minute, check your spam folder or use the resend option in the app.

Option 2: Account Token

You can also sign in using a 6-character account token instead of email.

  1. Open the Downloader

  2. Find your account token in your NativeDSD account dashboard

  3. Look for the "Advanced" arrow, copy and enter the token in the app

Tokens renew periodically. If your token has expired, you can generate a new one from your account dashboard.
