(Certain) Albums not showing up in the Downloader App?
The most common cause is a mismatch between the email address in the app and the one used to make your purchase.
Check these three steps:
Make sure you're running the latest version of the Downloader App. You can find it at My account > Downloader.
βOpen the app and tap your name in the top-left corner. Note the email address shown there. (see screenshot below)
βLog in to NativeDSD.com and go to My Downloads. Check that your purchases are listed and that the email address matches the one in the app.

If the addresses don't match, sign out of the app and sign back in with the email address linked to your NativeDSD.com account.
