Since our new store launched in October 2026, NativeDSD no longer uses passwords. There is nothing to reset or remember: you sign in with your email address and a one-time code.
How to sign in
Click the profile icon at the top right of nativedsd.com, or go straight to your account.
Enter the email address you have always used with NativeDSD.
We email you a one-time code. Enter it, and you're in.
You stay signed in for up to a year on the same browser. If you switch browsers or clear your cookies, simply request a new code.
No code in your inbox? Check your spam folder, and make sure you use the same email address as for your earlier purchases. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help you in.
