NativeDSD Plus and NativeDSD Lite Memberships explained

NativeDSD offers two membership options—Lite and Plus—each designed to enhance your music purchasing experience with exclusive benefits.

NativeDSD Lite Membership

  • Discounts: Enjoy a 10% discount on all digital products, including Flac, DXD, and DSD formats.

  • Early Access: Gain exclusive early access to select album releases.

Pricing starts at €6.00 per month.

NativeDSD Plus Membership

  • Enhanced Discounts: Receive a 15% discount on all digital products.

  • Resolution Access: Automatically access any resolution below the purchased DSD or DXD rates of your purchases.

  • Early Access: Enjoy exclusive early access to select album releases.

Pricing starts at €11.00 per month.

Managing Your Membership

NativeDSD Plus Memberships are typically set up for automatic renewal, either monthly or yearly, depending on your original subscription plan. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in your account settings. Once turned off:

  • The subscription will remain active until its original end date.

  • No further charges will be incurred after the current billing cycle ends.

However, the platform does not currently support extending an active membership before its original expiry date. If you wish to cancel your NativeDSD Plus Membership:

  1. Access your account settings and look for the subscription management section.

  2. Select the option to cancel your membership.

  3. Verify that the subscription status is updated to "Cancelled" to confirm the process.

If your subscription status already reflects "Cancelled," no further action is needed. Even after cancellation, you can continue purchasing on the site, but you will no longer receive membership benefits. For further inquiries or issues, contact NativeDSD Music Support for personalized assistance.

Additional Notes

  • Subscription Management: Memberships automatically renew based on the selected billing term. You can manage or cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings.

  • Automatic renewal can be turned off at any time before the renewal date in your account > subscriptions.

  • Order Processing: Membership orders may remain in a 'processing' status as long as the subscription is active, reflecting the recurring nature of the billing.

  • Any subscription discounts may only be valid for the first term.

  • The Monthly/Yearly/Biyearly cost may fluctuate for orders which are not placed in Euro, depending on the exchange rate. For best rate we advise to set cart currency to Euro. In which case your bank makes the exchange when payment is due.

  • When purchasing NativeDSD Plus, we advise you to not have any albums in the cart during checkout. Place the music order after completing the subscription purchase, to benefit from the lower rates, and the discount.
    Please note that a Plus Member-subscription does not add lower rates for any orders placed previously. Please contact us so we can quote you.

  • Access to lower resolutions is available only for orders placed with an active plus membership. No lower resolutions will become available for orders placed prior to becoming a member.

  • If you need additional rates for a completed order placed without an active Membership, you may submit an additional resolution request here.

  • Bundles, Tapes, Vinyl and other physical products may be excluded from special Member pricing.

  • Not all products have FLAC files available, as some labels do not wish to distribute this resolution, so for these albums (very few) the lower FLAC rates will not become available [Plus].

  • Failed renewal payments should be addressed promptly by verifying and updating your payment method in your account settings.

  • Your account settings should be kept updated to avoid unintended renewals or disruptions in service.
