If you wish to order an additional DSD, DXD or FLAC format or bit rate of an album that is currently in your account as part of a completed order, you may submit a request for another resolution.
We charge a fee to process the additional resolution order and transfer this data to you. Pricing per album is outlined in the table below, these prices exclude applicable taxes.
All lower DSD, DXD and FLAC resolutions of the same channel family are automatically included when shopping with an active NativeDSD Plus Membership. Members also save 15% on every album year round. See NativeDSD Memberships for details.

After a report is submitted
NativeDSD will fullfill your order within 25 hours.
You will receive an email once it is ready.
The pending-payment order will also become available in your account with a link to pay the fee.
The fee will may be posted in € (euro). Your financial institution may convert it to match your own currency, if applicable. Taxes may apply on top of the fees mentioned.
Please note that if you request an SKU and/or quality that does not exist, we do not notify you and will ignore the request.
