You can ask us to delete your NativeDSD account and the personal data we hold about you. This is your right under Article 17 of the GDPR (the "right to be forgotten"), and we honour it for every customer, wherever you live.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. Your music library and download history are removed, so you will no longer be able to download albums you bought. We cannot restore a deleted account or its purchases.
If you only want fewer emails, see Receive less email instead below.
If you want to merge accounts, see this section
How to request deletion
Contact our support team and ask us to delete your account.
Write to us from the email address on your NativeDSD account. This is how we confirm the request comes from you. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from the account address first.
We reply to confirm your request. Deletion starts 2 days after our reply, unless you tell us to cancel before then.
What happens next
After those 2 days, we delete your personal data from every system where we hold it:
Our current web shop, including your customer account and saved addresses.
Our new web shop, which we are moving to (October 2026).
NativeDSD's own server, our in-house system that holds your account, your music library and your download access.
Our customer support and email system, including your conversations with us and your newsletter subscription.
Timeline: deletion starts 2 days after our reply, and everything is completed within 30 days. Some systems remove data in stages, so it can take up to that time before every copy is gone.
Our reply is the only confirmation we send. Once deletion has started, you will receive no further emails from us, and we will no longer be able to look up your account or past orders.
What we have to keep
Tax and accounting law requires us to keep a record of past sales for a number of years. We keep the order records themselves (what was bought, the price, tax and date), but we remove your name, email address, postal address and other details that identify you. These anonymised records are used only for our accounts.
More than one account and want to merge instead?
If you created more than one account and would like to merge your purchases into a single account, please contact us.

You can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any newsletter we send you*. You may also switch off the marketing toggle in your account. If that does not seem to work, drop us a line and we will remove your address from our mailings by hand. Your account and purchases stay as they are.
*Messages about your orders and account, such as receipts and download links, are not newsletters and are still sent.
