We recommend using the NativeDSD Downloader, available here. It will be an easier, smoother process instead of .zip downloads, which can get very large, and fail.

Before you start

  • You have enough free disk space to complete the download / unzip.

  • You do not move or unpack the zip file before download is completed.

  • You have enough FREE disk space on the volume on which you are downloading and decompressing the zip package to.

Unzipping on Windows

  • For windows user we recommend unzipping the package using a free app called 7 zip. It is available here: http://www.7-zip.org/.

  • Make sure you have plenty of available free space on the drive where the unpacked files will be saved to.

Unzipping on Mac

  • If you use a Mac, you will have more luck with decompressing using this free app rather than the Mac’s own Archive utility.

  • Make sure you have plenty of available free space on the drive where the unpacked files will be saved to.
